What to expect
What happens after you get in touch
A quote is a conversation, not a number from a list. Wrapping is priced per vehicle, because a compact hatchback and a long-wheelbase van are different amounts of material and very different amounts of labour around the curves.
Tell us three things and we can get most of the way there without you leaving the house: the year, make and model; the service you are after (a car wrap full or partial, paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tinting, chrome delete and upgrades, commercial or fleet work, or Tesla, EV and luxury work); and whether the paint is original. If any panel has been repaired, resprayed or is peeling, say so and send a photo. It changes what we can safely apply, and we would much rather know now than with your vehicle on the lift.
Then come and see the material. Gloss, satin and matte look nothing alike on a curved panel compared with a flat swatch on a screen, and specialty films even less so. Bring the vehicle if you can: half an hour with samples against your own paint in daylight settles most decisions, and we can point out where a particular colour will emphasise your body lines and where it will fight them.
Booking and drop-off. Vehicles are dropped off rather than waited on: the shortest jobs run a day or two and a full wrap is several, since the adhesive needs proper post-heat and cure time that cannot be rushed. Our process page lists the typical turnaround for each service and the eight stages your vehicle goes through. Ask about loaner availability when you book.
Questions that come up before booking. Do you need the vehicle the whole time? Yes: the adhesive needs uninterrupted post-heat and cure time, so we cannot break a wrap across two half-days. Can you wrap over damaged paint? Sometimes, but not over peeling clear coat, active rust or fresh filler; vinyl needs something sound to bond to and will telegraph whatever is underneath it. Send photos and we will tell you honestly. Will it come off cleanly later? On factory paint in good condition, yes, which is why wrapping is popular on leased and resale-sensitive vehicles. Do you take small jobs? Yes: single panels, roofs, mirror caps, chrome delete and interior trim are all routine, and you do not need to commit to a full wrap to work with us. Anything not covered here is probably on our FAQ page.
Finding us. Everything is done at one studio (2415 Stevenage Dr, Unit #10, Ottawa, K1G 3W1), so the person who quotes your vehicle is in the same building as the person who wraps it. We are open 10am–7pm Monday to Friday and 10am–5pm Saturday, closed Sundays. If you are outside the city, we serve Ottawa, Gatineau and the surrounding region; every service we offer is available to every area we list.
