Initial Consultation
Free consultation to discuss your vision, vehicle type, budget, and timeline. We'll show you vinyl samples, finishes, and provide accurate pricing.
30-60 minutes
Design & Planning
Our team creates digital mockups or adapts your existing design. You review and approve the final design before we proceed with installation.
1-2 days
Vehicle Drop-off
Bring your vehicle to our Ottawa studio. We inspect for any paint issues that need addressing and document the current condition.
30 minutes
Deep Clean & Prep
Thorough wash and decontamination to ensure perfect vinyl adhesion. Remove badges, trim pieces, and hardware as needed.
2-4 hours
Vinyl Application
Precision cutting of premium 3M or Avery Dennison vinyl. Expert application using heat guns and squeegees for seamless, bubble-free results.
1-3 days
Post-Heat Treatment
Controlled heat application to activate adhesive and ensure long-lasting bond. Hand-tucked edges for invisible seams.
2-4 hours
Quality Inspection
Multi-point inspection to ensure flawless finish. We check for bubbles, lifting, or any imperfections and address them immediately.
1-2 hours
Final Walk-Through
We walk you through the completed work and provide detailed care instructions for maintaining your wrap for years to come.

What You Need to Know

- Clean Vehicle: Come with a reasonably clean car (we'll do final detailing)

What we need from you
The eight steps above are ours. Your side of it is short, but getting it right is what keeps a booking on schedule.
Before you book: tell us the year, make and model, and whether the paint has been repaired or resprayed. Filler, fresh paint and peeling clear coat all change what we can safely apply and how long it will hold; we would rather know at the quote stage than discover it with the vehicle on the lift. Photos of any problem panels help more than a description.
On drop-off day: bring the vehicle clean if you can, empty the exterior of accessories you want kept (bike racks, magnetic signs, plate frames), and remove anything valuable from the cabin. If the vehicle has an aftermarket alarm, a tracker or a non-standard key procedure, tell us how it works.
Deciding the finish: come and look at samples in daylight rather than choosing from a screen. Gloss, satin and matte read completely differently on a curved panel than they do in a swatch, and matte and satin ask more of you afterwards; our guide to matte and gloss covers what each is like to live with. For window film, the darkness you choose is your call; see section 8 of our Terms of Service for how we handle that.
After collection: we hand over care instructions with the vehicle: follow those first, and our wrap care guide covers the routine in more detail. The one thing worth knowing up front: keep a pressure washer away from the edges. Wraps that fail early almost always fail at an edge, and rarely from age.
