Straight answers, written in the shop
These guides come out of the questions customers actually ask us in the shop: how long a wrap really lasts, whether it will hurt the paint underneath, what separates paint protection film from a ceramic coating, and what an Ottawa winter does to all three.
We write them because most of what is online about vehicle wrapping is either a brochure or a forum argument. Everything here reflects how we work in one Ottawa studio: what we have seen hold up over five to seven years, what fails early and why, and where spending more genuinely buys you something. Where the honest answer is “it depends on your vehicle”, we say so and explain what it depends on.
