Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully.

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Wrap Senators website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Wrap Senators provides vehicle wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) installation, ceramic coating, aesthetic upgrades, and related automotive customization services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices may vary based on vehicle type, material selection, and project complexity.

3.2 Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and order materials. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services under certain circumstances, as determined by Wrap Senators.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Vehicle Condition and Preparation

Your vehicle must be in good condition for wrapping or protection film installation. Existing paint damage, rust, or other imperfections may affect the final result. We recommend addressing significant paint issues before installation. We are not responsible for damage to existing paint or bodywork that was not disclosed prior to service.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

6.1 Installation Warranty

We provide a 5-year warranty on our installation workmanship. The terms are detailed in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in installation, not normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.

6.2 Material Warranty

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects. Warranty coverage is subject to proper maintenance and care as specified in care instructions.

7. Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance is essential for the longevity of wraps, PPF, and ceramic coatings. We provide care instructions with each service. Failure to follow recommended maintenance may void warranties. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, use of harsh chemicals, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

8. Window Tint and Regulatory Compliance

8.1 We Do Not Provide Legal Advice

Wrap Senators installs window film. We are not lawyers, and nothing on this website, in any quote, or in any conversation with our staff constitutes legal advice or a legal opinion. Statements we make about window tint regulations are general information only, are not warranted to be accurate, current, or complete, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for the applicable legislation or independent professional advice.

8.2 Regulations Differ by Jurisdiction and Change Over Time

Window film is regulated provincially. Ontario and Quebec apply separate rules, those rules may be amended, and enforcement practice may vary between jurisdictions and over time. A vehicle may also be subject to the rules of the province in which it is registered, independently of where the film was installed. Because we cannot monitor or guarantee the current state of the law in any jurisdiction, we make no representation as to what any province permits or prohibits.

8.3 The Customer Decides

The choice of tint darkness is the customer's decision, and it is an important one. Our role is to give you the information needed to make it: before any film is applied, we disclose the manufacturer's stated visible light transmission (VLT) figure for each film under consideration, identify which windows it would be applied to, and answer questions about the product itself. We then install the specification you select.

We ask every customer to confirm the requirements that apply to their vehicle before choosing a film. Authoritative sources include the applicable provincial legislation (in Ontario, the Highway Traffic Act), the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) for Quebec-registered vehicles, or your own legal adviser. We are glad to be asked, but we cannot make this determination on your behalf.

8.4 Allocation of Responsibility

Where a customer directs us to install a film of a particular specification, the customer is responsible for that choice and for the vehicle's ongoing compliance with all applicable laws. Wrap Senators accepts no liability for fines, penalties, charges, failed inspections, insurance consequences, remedial or removal costs, or any other loss arising from a tint specification selected by the customer, or from any change in law or enforcement practice after installation. This allocation of responsibility is a material term of the service.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without obligation to give reasons, to decline any tint request, including one we consider unsafe. Declining is not a representation that other requests are lawful, and agreeing to install a requested specification is not a representation that it is lawful.

8.5 Removal and Re-Specification

Removing or replacing previously installed film (whether because of a change in the law, a change in the vehicle's province of registration, an inspection requirement, or a change of preference) is a chargeable service at our then-current rates, and is not covered by any installation or material warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrap Senators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wrap Senators or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle information
  • Disclosing any existing damage or modifications
  • Ensuring the vehicle is clean and accessible for service
  • Removing personal items from the vehicle before service
  • Following all care and maintenance instructions
  • Making timely payments as agreed

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, or through the courts of the jurisdiction in which Wrap Senators operates.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
