Vehicle Wraps & Protection for Hull
The closest Quebec-side sector to downtown Ottawa: service bilingue
Hull is the Gatineau sector closest to downtown Ottawa, separated from it by little more than the river. The Macdonald-Cartier and Portage bridges put the two downtowns within minutes of each other. For vehicle owners this produces a specifically urban profile: dense street parking, tight older streets in the Vieux-Hull core, structured parkades, and a lot of federal-sector commuting. Damage here is contact damage and salt, not highway stone impact. We work in French or English throughout.
Car Wraps
Wraps for dense urban parking conditions
Hull's older core has narrow streets and heavy on-street parking, which produces a specific kind of paint wear: door-edge contact, bumper scuffs from tight parallel parking, and scrapes from passing traffic on constrained streets. A wrap is genuinely useful here because vinyl takes those light contact marks instead of paint, and a single panel can be re-wrapped rather than repainted and colour-matched. We install 3M and Avery Dennison films in gloss, satin, matte, metallic, chrome, and colour-shift, hand-trimming every panel and post-heating to specification for freeze-thaw durability.
Paint Protection Film
Where film makes sense on an urban commute
An honest note: if your driving is entirely short urban trips across the bridges, a full front-end PPF package is less essential than it is for a highway commuter, because you are simply not generating high-velocity stone impact at the same rate. Where film still earns its place in Hull is on high-contact areas: door edges, door cups, the rear bumper top where loading scuffs happen, and the hood leading edge for bridge-deck debris. We install XPEL and 3M film with wrapped edges and up to a 10-year material warranty, and we will scope coverage to how you actually drive.
Ceramic Coating
Coating against heavy downtown de-icing
The Hull-Ottawa bridge corridor gets some of the most aggressive winter de-icing treatment in the region, because keeping those crossings open is a priority and brine goes down early and often. Vehicles crossing daily accumulate a persistent salt film that ordinary washing struggles with. Ceramic coating gives paint a hard, non-porous surface so that film releases under a rinse rather than requiring the scrubbing that generates swirl marks. Packages are 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year, roughly $500 to $2,100 depending on vehicle size and paint condition, after full decontamination.
Window Tinting
Tinting, plated in Quebec, installed in Ontario
Plenty of Hull clients have their film applied on the Ontario side, and it is worth raising what that does and does not change. Quebec and Ontario have separate rules for window film, those rules can be amended, and we make no representation about what either province currently permits: that determination is yours to make, and we would rather you make it with current information from the SAAQ or your own adviser than take our word for it. What we do is ask where the vehicle is plated, show you the visible-light figures for each film we carry, and install exactly the specification you select. Our own recommendation is ceramic, which earns its heat and UV performance from the material rather than from darkness.
Please note: we install window film, we do not give legal advice. Tint regulations differ by province and can change, so we disclose each film’s visible light transmission figure and ask you to confirm the current requirements for the province your vehicle is registered in. The choice of tint darkness is yours. Full details in our window tint compliance policy.
Chrome Delete & Upgrades
Trim work and interior upgrades
Chrome delete gives an immediate visual update with no paint involvement and full reversibility, which suits leased vehicles well, and lease penetration is high in the federal-sector commuter population Hull serves. We black out window surrounds, grille bars, badges, and mirror caps in gloss or satin vinyl. Given how short the crossing is, Hull clients can reasonably treat interior aesthetic work as its own visit: fibre-optic starlight headliners and ambient lighting installs do not need to be bundled with exterior work to justify the drive.
Commercial & Fleet
Bilingual fleet graphics for Hull businesses
Hull businesses operate in a genuinely bilingual commercial environment and frequently serve clients on both sides of the river, so vehicle graphics need to work in French and English, not as a translation afterthought but designed bilingually from the start, since cramming two languages into a layout built for one produces something illegible at traffic speed. We handle single vehicles through full fleets, maintain colour consistency across a group, and stage installations so vehicles stay in service throughout.
Tesla, EV & Luxury
EVs, compact urban vehicles, and luxury work
Quebec has high EV adoption and Hull reflects it. EV film and coating work requires care around sensor housings and camera apertures so driver-assist systems remain unaffected, plus recognition that several EV models use thin factory paint that does not tolerate aggressive correction. Hull's urban profile also means a lot of compact vehicles, where proportion matters in wrap design in a way it does not on a pickup. For luxury and exotic vehicles we take the additional disassembly time to hide film terminations entirely rather than ending them on visible panel faces.
Getting Here
Booking from Hull
From Hull, the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge to Highway 417 eastbound, then east to the Innes Road and Stevenage Drive area: usually 20 to 25 minutes outside rush hour, making us a genuinely convenient option rather than a trip. Bridge congestion is the variable, so a mid-morning or early-afternoon drop-off is far smoother than peak. Nous vous servons en français ou en anglais, de la consultation à la livraison.
