This is the one service area where we are not describing a drive: our studio is at 2415 Stevenage Drive, Unit 10, in the Sheffield Road industrial pocket east of the Queensway. The businesses around us are trades, distribution, light manufacturing, and a dense cluster of automotive services, which means our closest clients are often the people we share a street with. That proximity changes what is practical: a neighbouring business can walk a vehicle over, leave it, and collect it the same afternoon without arranging a shuttle or losing a driver for half a day.
Car Wraps
Colour changes with no logistics problem attached
The single biggest friction in a colour-change wrap is that the vehicle has to sit with us for several days, and most owners have to solve transport around that. For businesses on this block the problem disappears: you can drop a vehicle before the shift starts and check on it at lunch. That also makes staged work practical in a way it is not for a client driving in from Kemptville: we can wrap a demonstration panel, have you look at it in daylight on your own lot, and change the film choice before committing the rest of the vehicle. We stock 3M and Avery Dennison across gloss, satin, matte, metallic, chrome, and colour-shift, and every panel is hand-trimmed and post-heated to specification.

Vehicles based in this industrial pocket usually accumulate their kilometres in short local runs rather than sustained highway travel, so high-velocity stone impact is not the dominant threat. What actually marks these vehicles is yard grit thrown up in tight turns, gravel tracked onto the pavement from neighbouring lots, and repeated contact at door edges and rear bumpers during loading. We weight coverage accordingly, favouring rocker panels, lower doors, bumper tops, and door cups over a purely front-end package. XPEL and 3M film, edges wrapped so nothing shows on the panel face, warranted up to ten years against yellowing, cracking, and peeling.
Ceramic Coating
Coating for vehicles that live outdoors on a working lot
Almost nothing on this street parks indoors. Vehicles sit on open asphalt through full summer sun and the entire winter salt season, which is a harder duty cycle than a garaged commuter vehicle experiences even at higher mileage. Ceramic coating earns its place here mainly through maintenance economics: a non-porous, hydrophobic surface means road film and salt release under a rinse instead of requiring the scrubbing that puts swirl marks into paint. For a business washing several vehicles on a schedule, that is measurably less labour. Packages run 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year, roughly $500 to $2,100 by vehicle size and paint condition, always after full decontamination.
Window Tinting
Tinting for cabs that double as offices
A lot of vehicles on this block are effectively mobile offices: paperwork, tablets, and equipment sitting in a cab parked in full sun for hours between jobs. That makes the case for tint a thermal and material-protection one rather than a styling one: ceramic film rejects substantially more infrared energy than dyed or carbon film at the same visible darkness, which keeps the cabin and its contents survivable in August. Chrome Delete & Upgrades
Trim work booked into a gap in the day
Chrome delete is the service that benefits most from being next door, because it is short. Blacking out window surrounds, grille bars, badges, and mirror caps is usually a same-day job, so a neighbouring business can hand over a vehicle in the morning and have it back before close rather than planning around a multi-day absence. It is fully reversible, which matters for leased vehicles, and lease penetration is high among the trades and distribution firms around us. Gloss or satin vinyl, and on work vehicles the blacked-out trim has a practical side effect: it shows road film and dust far less obviously than bright chrome.

Fleet graphics for the businesses we share a street with
We do a meaningful share of our fleet work for firms within a few blocks of the studio, and being local changes the sequencing rather than the product. Instead of taking three vans out of service together, we can take one at a time across three weeks, each returned before the next is collected, so the operation never runs short. Holding colour consistency across a group assembled that way is exactly where piecemeal wrapping usually fails, and we keep print files and material lots on record so vehicle three matches vehicle one. Single vehicles through full fleets, with layouts built to read at traffic speed rather than close up.
Tesla, EV & Luxury
EVs, equipment vehicles, and prototype work
The mix here produces some unusual jobs. Distribution firms in the area are moving to electric vans, which need care around sensor housings and camera apertures so driver-assist behaviour is unaffected, plus awareness that several models ship with thin factory paint. Trades vehicles arrive with racks, ladder mounts, and shelving already fitted, and the honest answer is that film goes on properly only where hardware comes off first: we quote that disassembly rather than trimming around it. Being on the same street also makes us the practical choice for one-off and prototype work: signage companies and fabricators nearby use us to test a material or finish on a single panel before committing to a production run.

From anywhere in the Sheffield Road, Stevenage Drive, or Belgreen Avenue blocks it is a two-minute drive, and several of our neighbours simply walk over to talk through a job before booking. From the wider east end, Innes Road to Stevenage Drive, or the 417 to the Innes exit. Unit 10 is at the rear of the building; park in front of the bay door.
